It combines ingredients of high biological value and can also be taken at breakfast, between meals or after training.
- 3 tbsp hypercaloric (batter) vanilla or strawberry flavor
- ½ apple
- ½ papaya papaya
- 1 silver banana
- 1 tablespoon flaked oats
- 1 tablespoon of agave or honey
- 300 ml of water or milk (if you prefer)
Method of preparation:
Beat all ingredients and if you want add 1 more spoon (dessert) to the end of oatmeal or some functional grain like amaranth, quinoa, etc.
